- Days 1–2: Start in the harbour town, sunset at the lighthouse.
- Days 3–4: Cliffside drives and a detour to a hidden cove.
- Days 5–6: Vineyards, small museums and slow lunches.
- Day 7: One last swim before the drive home.
Book the first and last nights in advance, then leave the middle loose. The best stops are the ones you don’t plan.
